Facilities for the Disabled
We have ground floor facilities which are suitable for disabled patients, including those in wheelchairs.
We stock a full range of oral hygiene products including toothbrushes, mouthwashes, dental floss, denture cleaners.
Ness Bank Dental Practice takes complaints very seriously, and we have a detailed complaints procedure to help us ensure we address any complaints fairly and quickly.
Please ask any member of staff if you are unhappy with the way you have been treated or any of the services we have provided.

Out of Hours Emergencies
In an emergency during normal surgery hours, telephone the surgery for advice and if treatment is essential we will do our best to arrange an appointment within 24 hours.
All patients currently registered with Ness Bank Dental Practice with a dental emergency out of normal surgery hours, over the weekend, or on public holidays should contact NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24.
